Alexander Thomas Wells III
Alex, raised locally in Cardiff is from a 3rd generation California family, has a strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude. He’s on a mission to execute each step of real estate with enthusiasm. With his name on the sign, he does what it takes to market a property, from installing new potted plants, straightening wall art and serving up fish tacos for Broker Tour. He’ll even provide water and donuts for guests at his Open Houses, walk the streets near his listings to meet the neighbors and invite them for a sneak preview, hand out brochures to parents waiting in car pool lines and stop by local corporations to drop off flyers. Alex’s demeanor is very friendly and warm and he makes his clients feel comfortable. Besides Real Estate he gives surf lessons to children, including autistic children through Carlsbad’s Surf-n-Fire Surf School.
