Raised in Hawaii and a graduate of Carlsbad High School, Asa’s path has taken him across the country — playing football in Washington and Florida before returning home to Southern California to pursue real estate.

As a former athlete turned Realtor, Asa approaches his business with the same competitive drive and preparation that defined his athletic career. Having performed in front of over 100,000+ fans, his communication skills are at an elite level. His ability to stay calm, focused, and decisive translates directly into real estate, where steady leadership is essential.

Asa holds a degree in Real Estate and Built Environment from the University of Washington, giving him a strong foundation in property analysis and market strategy. He combines that academic understanding with real-world execution, helping clients make confident, informed decisions in competitive markets.

Having moved 22 times throughout his life, Asa understands firsthand that buying or selling a property is more than a transaction. He genuinely looks forward to helping clients find not just a house, but a home.

Outside of real estate, Asa enjoys giving back through youth football camps, exploring new fitness classes and staying grounded in his faith.
