Bio Page Cheri Cangelosi

 While Cheri Cangelosi may have spent her earlier years between Texas and Louisiana, she has certainly found a forever home in San Diego, California. With experience and education in sales, Cheri has enjoyed expanding her work experiences throughout her diversified portfolio. Having worked in such positions as manager, founder and sales trainer, Cheri has been able to ultimately work her way to the top of the Real Estate industry.

As prior owner of a Real Estate firm in Baton Rouge, Cheri founded and operated a four-division Real Estate company that was one of the first in the nation to offer virtual property tours. As an innovator in the industry, Cheri also gained experience in commercial and residential Real Estate developments where she sold over fifty million in Real Estate for builders within 2 years.

She was a National Account Manager for AT&T in Tampa where she was the top producer for 12 years - as well as a “Train the Trainer” for Tom Hopkins, the nation’s top leading sales trainer.

Applying both the high standards she sets for her Real Estate practice and the individualized client care provided by Wisdom Properties, has allowed Cheri to serve her clients on an even higher and more efficient scale. When Cheri isn’t working with clients on future investments and sales, she often partakes in community service, volunteering her time between Scripps Hospital, American Cancer Society, and was the Co-Founder of Mentoring Ministry at North Coast Calvary Chapel in Carlsbad.
