DIANE LEDBETTER

Anyone who knows Diane Ledbetter can attest that beyond her endless positive energy and enthusiasm lies a savvy and shrewd negotiator who will be a tireless advocate on your behalf whether buying or selling.

After receiving her Sales and Marketing degree, Diane was influenced by her real estate strong family.  Her Dad spent 30 years as a real estate broker, her brother and his wife are also in real estate, Diane’s older daughter has a successful career in commercial brokerage and her youngest daughter is following Diane’s footsteps in residential real estate.   It’s definitely a family affair!

Diane has been awarded regional “Top Salesperson” multiple times from a national corporation.    Besides her award winning sharp sales and negotiation instincts, she is known for her kindness and agreeable demeanor.  She insists on the very best price and terms for her clients and delivers customer service beyond the norm.  Her vetted team of lenders, title reps, escrow officers and contractors give her clients extra assurance, knowing a professional team is dedicated to their needs.

Diane, and her husband Tom, have been married for 25 years. They were one of the original owners in their desirable North County community, where they loved raising their three (now grown) children. While their twins attended and graduated from Santa Fe Christian School in Solana Beach, Diane served on several committees and helped organize outreaches. Diane loves gardening and entertaining. However,  the active side of her gets a kick from bungee jumping, skiing Black Diamond runs, eating healthy and staying fit with pilates.

No project is beyond her magic touch to create a positive sale for both buyer and seller.  The client-agent relationship is the most important component to finalizing the sale which means integrity from start to finish and a relationship that goes far beyond closing.
