Evangelina Marshall has been a powerhouse in real estate since 2002. A strong independent woman, Evangelina, known as ‘Eva’ to her clients and friends, is instantly recognizable in a crowd by her boundless energy and infectious enthusiasm for life. She has a solid reputation as a Premier Luxury Agent and is known for her trademark “can-do” attitude. She is one of the top real estate professionals in San Diego County with sale prices ranging from entry level to $9 million. Her clients benefit from her strategic training in ethics and team building as she communicates and collaborates positively throughout the transaction.
Prior to her real estate career, Eva was making history as one of the first female firefighters in the City of Los Angeles. Although the job was challenging, she loved it. As one of only 40 women among 4,000 men, this landmark achievement led to television and radio appearances including “The Leeza Gibbons Show” and “Money Matters”.
She was then mentored into a telecommunications company and ultimately became the General Manager overseeing all of San Diego County. This high profile association parlayed at a later date into presenting two great listings on HGTV’s luxury feature “Behind the Gates”, a coveted marketing accomplishment.

The analogy between fire fighting and real estate can’t be overlooked, as Evangelina continues to put out fires, this time in real estate transactions. She is the face of reliability to clients who expect her to get the job done, and she provides the courage and bravery that often saves and rescues transactions from failing.
Evangelina is an exceptional advocate, not only for her real estate clients, but she also actively volunteers to raise funds to fight human trafficking and is a voice for homeless teens through Stand Up for Kids. Other non-profits receiving monthly contributions from Eva’s So Cal Beach Property corporation are Compassion International and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
She lives by the values of caring more, risking more, dreaming more and expecting more. Her unstoppable attitude and experiences have been inspired by her motto: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Evangelina is a faithful member at North Coast Church and is happily married to Kelly Marshall with 3 wonderful children.
She is a member in good-standing of the California Association of Realtors, (CAR), former Board member of North San Diego County Association of Realtors (NSDCAR) and Carlsbad Friends of the Arts. Evangelina also sits on the board of multiple nonprofit organizations.
