Janice Ballard, began her successful real estate career over 30 years ago, specializing in vacant land and luxurious estates in Rancho Santa Fe and properties in the North County coastal communities. In the 1980’s Janice worked real estate with Eugene Klein, an accomplished American businessman, known locally as the owner of the San Diego Chargers and a major figure in thoroughbred horse racing,  

Janice was instrumental in launching Del Rayo Estates and other prime developments and was one of the first Realtors to sell the San Dieguito River Valley, when Fairbanks Ranch was just breaking ground. She has facilitated large ranch sales and listings in Julian, Escondido and other parts of the County as well as stunning oceanfront second homes.  Her depth of knowledge spans decades and she has always been distinguished as a Top Producer, receiving numerous Sales Awards. She was often called upon by financial institutions to handle the sale and marketing of their bank-owned properties.

As a Broker Associate, she has the highest level of real estate education and experience.
