Congratulations on your New Listing or New Escrow! Please complete the online forms linked below whenever you have a New Listing or a New Escrow. If you are on the buyer side, please fill out the New Escrow Form at the time escrow opens. If you are on the listing side, please complete the New Listing Form at the time of listing and the New Escrow Form when your Seller accepts an offer and escrow is opened. The info in these forms will be used to create and/or update our file in the Brokermint/BackOffice System.
